Enterprise Studio (“Enterprise Studio,” “we,” “us”) provides AI-assisted storyboard previews and studio-led video production services for brands, enterprises, and agencies (“Service”). Account & identity data: name, email, company, role/title (optional), authentication method (Google login or magic link).

Storyboard inputs: video type selection, scene text, prompt text, intent notes, target platform selection, duration preferences (optional), language/localization preferences (if provided).

Uploads: reference images and documents you upload (up to your product limits).

Orders & forms: purchase quantity, package selection (if applicable), billing details (limited), and project context provided during intake or walkthrough.

Communications: emails, chat messages, meeting notes, and feedback.

Page views, clicks, referral URLs, timestamps
Feature usage (e.g., preset selected, preview generated, edits made)

Payment information

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full payment card details. We may store:
Stripe customer ID, checkout session ID, payment status
Amount, currency, line-item description, timestamp
Order metadata (e.g., storyboard ID, quantity)

Scheduling information

Scheduling is handled by tools like Calendly. We may store:
Meeting status (booked/not booked), timestamp
Basic booking metadata needed for operations

How we use information

Provide the Service

Create and manage user accounts and sessions
Save and retrieve storyboard drafts
Generate AI-assisted storyboard previews (text summary + visual references)
Produce and deliver studio-led video content based on your order

Run the Pilot flow

Confirm storyboard details before payment
Process payment and validate payment success
Trigger the post-payment success screen and scheduling step
Send customer confirmations and internal production notifications

Improve quality and reliability

Debug errors, prevent abuse, enforce limits (e.g., preview generation per session)
Measure feature usage to improve UX and production throughput

Communicate with you

Transactional messages (payment confirmation, scheduling link, delivery updates)

AI-assisted processing

Enterprise Studio uses AI systems to assist with:
Story structure cleanup (e.g., rewriting for clarity)

Visual reference generation (preview only)

Important: AI outputs are labeled as “AI-assisted preview” and are not final production output. Final production is shaped through the studio process.
