Enterprise Studio is designed for enterprises and agencies that require confidential, operationally tight, white-label delivery.

White-label by default

Unless you request otherwise:
No Enterprise Studio branding is added to deliverables
Delivery can occur under the agency or client’s brand
Files are packaged “handoff-ready” with clean naming conventions

NDA-first posture

We can operate under:
Your NDA, or
Our NDA

Once an NDA is signed, all materials and communications are treated accordingly.

Confidential information includes

Storyboards, prompts, scripts, briefs, scene text
Uploaded references (docs/images)
Brand assets and internal documents
Production drafts and internal notes
Pricing and commercial terms

Access controls

Access limited to essential team members and vetted contractors
Least-privilege access patterns wherever possible
No sharing outside assigned project channels

Client responsibilities

You agree to:
Provide rights-cleared assets or confirm licensing
Provide accurate brand constraints and requirements
Respond to essential production questions in a timely manner

Delivery channels

We can deliver via:
Google Drive / Dropbox / Frame.io / other agreed channels
Email delivery links where appropriate
Agency-owned storage destinations (preferred for white-label)

Escalation and incident handling

If you suspect a confidentiality breach:

We will investigate, contain, and communicate next steps
