Terms of Service — Enterprise Studio
Effective Date: 10/31/2025
Last Updated: 01/26/2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to Enterprise Studio’s website, storyboard tool, and production services (“Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
What Enterprise Studio is (and is not)
What it is
Enterprise Studio is a studio-led video production system, supported by AI-assisted tools that help users capture intent and preview storyboards.
What it is not
Not a self-serve “generate final video” tool
Not an automatic production guarantee purely from AI outputs
Not an approval-only workflow where the storyboard equals the final output
Studio involvement is guaranteed and required before production begins.
Eligibility and account rules
You must be able to form a legally binding contract.
You agree to provide accurate information.
You are responsible for activity under your account.
Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to:
Break laws or violate third-party rights
Upload malware or attempt to bypass security
Abuse preview generation limits or automate extraction
Upload content you do not have rights to use
Request disallowed content (see Content Rules below)
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Content rules (important for AI + production)
You own your inputs
You retain ownership of your prompts, scene text, and uploads.
You grant us a limited license
You grant Enterprise Studio a limited license to use your inputs to:
Provide the Service (preview + production)
Create deliverables you purchased
Store drafts and production artifacts for service delivery
Troubleshoot and improve the Service (in aggregate; not for marketing without consent)
You confirm you have rights
You confirm you have rights to use any assets you upload (logos, photos, documents, footage, etc.). If not, you are responsible for the consequences.
Disallowed content
You may not request or provide content that:
Includes illegal sexual content, exploitation, or sexual content involving minors
Encourages wrongdoing, fraud, or harmful instructions
Violates third-party IP rights knowingly
Is intended to harass, defame, or discriminate
We can refuse production or terminate access when content violates these rules.
Storyboard tool disclaimers
Storyboard previews are AI-assisted and not final production output.
Storyboard images are visual references (mood/intent), not final frames.
Final execution is shaped through:
your storyboard inputs
your uploaded references
the studio lead walkthrough
production standards and constraints
Ordering, pricing, quantity, and checkout behavior
Pilot pricing model
Pilots are typically priced per video (e.g., $200 per video) unless otherwise stated.
Quantity selection is locked before Stripe
Quantity is selected in Enterprise Studio UI.
The UI total updates live.
When you click “Pay $X & continue,” quantity and price are locked.
Stripe checkout shows the final total and a line item reflecting quantity.
You can modify the quantity inside Stripe.
Stripe is the source of truth
Payment is considered successful only when Stripe confirms success.
Scheduling requirement
After payment, you must schedule a studio lead walkthrough (typically 15–20 minutes) to:
confirm intent across all videos in the order
align on narrative direction, tone, constraints
finalize production readiness
If scheduling is not completed, production may not begin.
Production scope and deliverables
Deliverables
Deliverables depend on what you purchase (pilot / package / tier). Deliverables may include:
Short-form videos (e.g., podcast clips, product features, remix formats, reaction videos, internal updates, course modules, news updates)
Optional localization/multi-language versions (if purchased)
Captions/subtitles (as defined by the package)
Format variants for target platforms (as defined by the package)
Tiers and execution standards
If you offer tiers (e.g., Basic / Premium / Pro / Pro Max), each tier’s included elements (AI sophistication, B-roll, manual editing, cinematic polish) must be defined on the pricing page and/or invoice. Those definitions govern delivery.
Revision policy
Unless otherwise stated, orders include a limited revision scope. Suggested structure:
1 structured revision round for pilots (content + timing)
Additional revisions billed or treated as scope change
(Adjust to your real operations.)
Timelines and dependencies
Timeline depends on:
Scheduling completion
Responsiveness to questions/feedback
Asset availability (logos, brand guidelines, product details)
Complexity and localization requirements
Any dates provided are estimates unless explicitly contracted.
White-label and confidentiality
White-label delivery is supported by default. NDA can be executed on request. We do not publish client work without written permission.
Intellectual property for deliverables
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
Upon full payment, you receive rights to use the final deliverables for your internal and commercial purposes.
Enterprise Studio retains ownership of its internal systems, templates, and workflows.
Third-party assets (e.g., stock media, fonts, music) are subject to their licenses.
Termination and suspension
We may suspend or terminate access if you:
violate Terms
abuse systems (rate limits, scraping, automation)
request prohibited content
attempt fraud or chargeback abuse
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Service is provided “as is”
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages
Total liability is limited to amounts paid for the relevant order
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. Continued use means acceptance.
